Bank of America approached Animaxia to create a whiteboard animated video as a part of their Better Money Habits campaign. The agenda was simple; they wanted a whiteboard video explaining the differences between “secured” and “unsecured” credit, which is a frequently asked question for their industry. The primary objective was to make this complex topic accessible and understandable to a broader audience from various age groups and occupations. Still, we mainly targeted the Gen Z populace, who would most likely struggle with financial responsibilities.

The workforce seeking help managing their finances and planning a future ahead of themselves requires proper guidance on where to invest their earnings. To address this emerging concern of consumers, Bank of America showcased its interest in developing short videos promoting financial literacy. They wanted to present educational content differently in ways that would be easy to understand.

The Solution

Fulfilling the client’s demand, Animaxia created a whiteboard animated video that compared the key advantages and disadvantages of attaining "secured" vs. "unsecured" credit. The footage used simple illustrations with a narrated script to break down the subject for its viewers.
